fa تأثیر اسید سالیسیلیک و اسید ایندول استیک بر اسانس و مواد مؤثره نعناع فلفلی (Mentha piperita L.) و بادرنجبویه(Melissa officinalis L.) تنظیم کننده های رشد گیاهی Plant Growth Regulators پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">تنظیم‌کننده‌های رشدی نقش حیاتی در طی مراحل رشد و نمو گیاهان ایفا می کنند و کاربرد آن‌ها می تواند باعث بهبود و افزایش عملکرد گیاهان شود. در این تحقیق اثرات کاربرد محلول‌پاشی دو هورمون اسید سالیسیلیک و اسید ایندول استیک بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی اسانس گیاهان اسانس نعناع فلفلی (<em><span dir="LTR">Mentha piperita</span></em><span dir="LTR"> L.</span>) و بادرنجبویه (<em><span dir="LTR">Melissa officinalis</span></em><span dir="LTR"> L.</span>) از خانواده‌ی نعناعیان (<span dir="LTR">Lamiaceae</span>) بررسی گردید. این پژوهش به صورت گلدانی، به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 4 تکرار در سال زراعی 1394 انجام شد. سطوح تیماری اسید ایندول استیک (0، 1، 5/1 و 2 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و اسید سالیسیلیک (1،0، 10 و 20 میلی‌مولار) روی گیاهان مذکور در دو مرحله 6 و 8 برگی، محلول‌پاشی شدند و بعد از 3 هفته از اعمال تیمار دوم که برگ‌ها به 16-22 برگی رسیده بودند، اقدام به برداشت گردید. در ساختار هوایی نعناع فلفلی و بادرنجبویه، به ترتیب 28 و 23 ترکیب شناسایی شد. بیشترین اجزای موجود در اسانس بادرنجبویه (بیش از 65%) ژرانیال، نرال و منتول و در نعناع فلفلی (بیش از 70%) منتول، منتون و ایزومنتون بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تیمار ترکیبی ‌‌اسید سالیسیلیک 10 میلی‌مولار و اسید ایندول‌استیک 5/1 میلی‌گرم در لیتر، در بالابردن میزان کمی و کیفی اسانس گیاهان تحت بررسی بهترین تیمار بود. به نظر می‌رسد که هورمون‌های مورد استفاده در این تحقیق منجر به افزایش عملکرد و به تبع آن میزان و اجزای سازنده اسانس هر دو گیاه شدند.</p> <p></p> <p>Growth regulators play a crucial role during plant growth and development and utilizing of them can a possible approach to improving plants economic yield. In this research, the effects of two elicitors [salicylic acid (SA) and indole acetic acid (IAA)] on the accumulation of essential oils in the shoot cultures of <em>Mentha piperita</em> L. and <em>Melissa officinalis</em> L. were studied. This research was conducted in pot expriment in randomized complete design in factoriel layout with 4 repeatitions in 2016. The following treatments were applied after the plants had 6 and 8 leaves: IAA (0, 1, 1.5, 2 mg/l), SA (0, 1, 10, 20 mM). Harvesting was done in 3 weeks after of second foliar application in time of plants had 16-22 leaves. Twenty-eight (28) essential oils in <em>Mentha piperita</em> L. were obtained and the most notable (more than 70%) were: menthol, menton and izomenton. Twenty-three (23) essential oils in <em>Melissa officinalis </em>L. were obtained and the greatest notable (more than 65%) were: geranial, neral and menthol and in <em>Mentha piperita</em> L. Results indicated mixed treatment of salicylic acid (10 mM) and indol acetic acid (1.5 mg/l) was the best treat on essential oil content and composition.
