<p style="text-align: justify;">هدف از این مطالعه بررسی اثرات SA بر روی گیاهان مقاوم به UV-A، UV-B و UV-C است. داده ها نشان می دهد که SA اثرات مضر UV روی فلفل را کاهش داده است. جوانه های فلفل (Capsicum annuum L.) با اسپری سالیسیلیک اسید (SA) و با UV-A (320-390 نانومتر)، UV-B (312 نانومتر) و UV-C (254 نانومتر) از 6.1، 5.8 و 5.7 W m-2، به ترتیب. UV به طور قابل ملاحظه ای محتوای آسکوربات، dehydro ascorbate، کل آسکوربات، پرولین، آلدهید، کورستین، نشت الکترولیت و اتیلن کل را افزایش داد. SA درمان آسکوربات، dehydro ascorbate، کل آسکوربات، آلدهید، نشت الکترولیت و افزایش کل اتیلن در گیاهان درمان شده با UV. مقدار پرولین و کورستین در گیاهانی که تحت درمان UV و SA قرار داشتند، به طور قابل توجهی افزایش یافت. کاربرد بی رویه (اسپری برگ) SA اثرات UV بر فلفل را مقابله کرد.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span new="" style="color: red; font-family:;" times="">The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of SA on UV-A, UV-B, and UV-C stressed plants.</span><span new="" style="color: red; font-family:;" times=""> </span><span new="" style="color: red; font-family:;" times="">Data showed that SA counteracted the UV harmful effects on pepper.</span><font color="#000000"><span new="" style="font-family:;" times=""> Pepper </span><span lang="EN-GB" new="" style="font-family:;" times="">(Capsicum annuum L.) </span></font><span new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font color="#000000">seedlings </font><span style="color: red;">sprayed</span><font color="#000000"> with salicylic acid (SA) and treated with </font></span><span new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font color="#000000">UV-A (320-390 nm), UV-B (312 nm), and UV-C (254 nm) of 6.1, 5.8, and 5.7 W m<sup>-2</sup><span style="color: black;">, respectively.</span> </font></span><span new="" style="font-family:;" times=""><font color="#000000">UV significantly increased contents of ascorbate, dehydro ascorbate, total ascorbate, proline, aldehyde, quercetin, electrolyte leakage and total ethylene. SA treatment moderated ascorbate, dehydro ascorbate, total ascorbate, aldehyde, electrolyte leakage and total ethylene increase in plants </font><span style="color: red;">treated</span><font color="#000000"> with UV. The quantity of proline and quercetin in plants that treated with UV and SA were significantly increased. Ex</font><span style="color: red;">o</span><font color="#000000">genous application (foliar spray) of SA counteracted the UV effects on pepper. </font></span></strong></p>
