fa بررسی خصوصیات آناتومیکی برگ پرچم و محور سنبله گندم پیش تیمار شده با پراکسیدهیدروژن و ارتباط آن با عملکرد دانه گندم در شرایط دیم تنش خشكي Droughts Stress كاربردي Applicable <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span b="" lang="FA" style="font-family:;"><font color="#000000" size="3">به منظور بررسی اثر آماده&shy;سازی بذر (پرایمینگ) با غلظت&shy;های مختلفی از پراکسید هیدروژن بر آناتومی برگ پرچم و محور سنبله دو رقم گندم (کراس سبلان (گندم نان) و ساجی (گندم دوروم)) و ارتباط آن با عملکرد دانه، تحت شرایط دیم آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک&shy;های کامل تصادفی در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه ایلام انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی (پرایمینگ بذر) شامل چهار سطح غلظت پراکسید هیدروژن (0، 25، 50، 80 میلی مولار) و دو رقم گندم ( کراس سبلان، ساجی) بودند. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که تعداد دانه در سنبله، عملکرد دانه، وزن دانه در سنبلچه چهارم تا هشتم، مساحت برگ، تعداد و طول روزنه و نیز ویژگی&shy;های آناتومیک برگ پرچم و محور سنبله مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش تحت تاثیر آماده&shy;سازی بذر با پراکسیدهیدروژن قرار گرفت. گیاهانی که بذر آنها با پراکسید هیدروژن پیش تیمار شده بودند از سطح برگ و طول روزنه بیشتر، مساحت و قطر آوند چوبی و آبکش، مساحت مزوفیل، مساحت غلاف آوندی، مساحت اپیدرم بالا و پایین بزرگتری در برگ پرچم برخوردار بودند همچنین تحت تأثیر پراکسید هیدروژن خصوصیات آناتومیکی محور سنبله شامل مساحت آوند چوبی و آبکش، اندازه دستجات آوندی نسبت به شاهد بزرگتر بود. در نهایت پیش تیمار بذر با غلظت 80 میلی مولار پراکسیدهیدروژن نسبت به سایر غلظت&shy;ها از طریق اثرگذاری مثبت بر خصوصیات آناتومیکی برگ برچم و محور سنبله باعث افزایش عملکرد دانه در هر دو رقم گندم در شرایط دیم شد. </font></span></p> <p>This study the effect of seed preparation (priming) with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide on the anatomy of the flag leaf and spike two wheat genotypes( Cross Sabalan ( bread wheat) and Saji(durum wheat)) and its relationship with grain yield, under dry land farming system condition, Experimental design was factorial, arranged in randomized complete block. Results showed that the number of grains per spike, grain yield, grain weight per spike 4-8, leaf area, number and length of stomata and the anatomic characteristics of flag leaf and spike studied in this research affected by seed preparation with hydrogen peroxide. Seeds of plants that were pre-treated with hydrogen peroxide more leaf area and stomata length, area and diameter of xylem and phloem, mesophill, bundle sheath, the upper and lower epidermis of the flag leaf, As well as influenced by hydrogen peroxide, anatomical features of spike including area xylem and phloem, the vascular bundles was greater than control. also, the seed treatment with hydrogen peroxide through a positive impact on anatomical features thereby increasing the number seeds per plant, grain weight per spike 4-8 and grain yield in both wheat genotypes.
