fa تأثیر آلانتوئین بر برخی پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی و بیوشیمیایی گیاه دارویی رزماری ‌(.‌Rosmarinus officinalis L‌) تحت تنش شوری‌ The effect of allantoin on some physiological and biochemical parameters of the ‎medicinal plant rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) under salt stress تنش شوري Salt Stress پژوهشي Research شوری از مهم‌ترین موانع رشد گیاهان در جهان است که عملکرد گیاه را به روش‌های مختلف تحت تأثیر قرار می‌دهد. از این‌رو تحقیق و بررسی روش‌هایی که منجر به کنترل و کاهش اثرات شوری در گیاهان شود، حائز اهمیت است. آزمایش حاضر به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار بر گیاه دارویی رزماری انجام گرفت. فاکتور اول تیمار کلرید سدیم در پنج سطح (صفر، 25، 50، 75 و 100 میلیمولار) و فاکتور دوم تیمار آلانتوئین در سه سطح (صفر، 1/0 و 100 میلیمولار) بود. تأثیر این تیمارها بر میزان برخی شاخص‌های رشد، محتوای رنگیزههای فتوسنتزی، آنتوسیانین، پرولین، فنل کل و فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی در گیاه رزماری بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که میزان وزن تر و خشک ریشه و اندام‌های هوایی و همچنین محتوای کلروفیلهای a و b با افزایش سطح شوری به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت و با کاربرد آلانتوئین، این شاخص‌ها روند کاهشی کمتری از خود نشان دادند. در ارتباط با محتوای آنتوسیانین، پرولین و فنل کل باید اشاره کرد که با افزایش غلظت نمک، افزایش معنی‌داری در محتوای این ترکیبات مشاهده شد و کاربرد آلانتوئین محتوای فنل کل را به‌طور معنی‌داری نسبت به نمونه شاهد و تیمارهای عدم کاربرد آلانتوئین افزایش داد، ولی بر محتوای پرولین تأثیر معنی‌داری نداشت. نتایج همچنین نشان داد فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی گیاهان تحت تنش شوری و آلانتوئین به‌طور معنی‌داری افزایش یافت و تیمارهای برهم‌کنش شوری در آلانتوئین بیشترین میزان ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی را به خود اختصاص دادند. در مجموع، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که شوری اگرچه اثرات منفی بر برخی شاخص‌های رشد گیاه رزماری داشت، اما کاربرد آلانتوئین توانست تا حدی این اثرات را کاهش دهد. از سوی دیگر، سطوحی از شوری و محلول‌پاشی آلانتوئین موجب افزایش معنی‌دار برخی متابولیت‌های ثانویه از جمله کاروتنوئیدها، آنتوسیانین، فنل کل و ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی شد که به نظر میرسد می‌تواند به بهبود و تقویت خواص دارویی گیاه رزماری منجر شود. Salinity is one of the most important obstacles to plant growth in the world, affecting plant performance in various ways. Therefore, research and investigation of methods that can control and reduce the effects of salinity on plants is important. The present experiment was conducted as a factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with three replications on the Rosmarinus officinalis L. The first factor was sodium chloride treatment at five levels (0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 mM), and the second factor was allantoin treatment at three levels (0, 0.1, and 100 mM). The effects of these treatments on some growth indices, photosynthetic pigments, anthocyanin, proline, total phenolic content, and antioxidant activity of rosemary were investigated. The results showed that increasing salinity significantly reduced fresh and dry weights of roots and aerial parts as well as chlorophyll a and b contents; however, application of allantoin moderated the decreasing trend of these traits. With increasing salt concentration, anthocyanin, proline, and total phenolic contents increased significantly. Allantoin application significantly increased total phenolic content compared with the control and treatments without allantoin, while it had no significant effect on proline content. The results also indicated that antioxidant activity increased significantly under salinity stress and with allantoin application, and the interaction treatment of sodium chloride with allantoin exhibited the highest antioxidant capacity. Overall, the results of this study showed that although salinity had negative effects on some growth indices of rosemary, the application of allantoin was able to reduce these effects to some extent.
