Foliar application, particularly beneficial under adverse soil and weather conditions, facilitates direct nutrient uptake by plants and minimizes losses. Therefore, this study investigated the effect of nano-potassium (NP) fertilizer (0.1 mg.ml&lt;sup&gt;-1&lt;/sup&gt;) on some physio-biochemical traits of peppermint under salinity conditions (0, 50, 100, and 150 mM NaCl). The experiment was conducted in 2023 using a factorial design based on a completely randomized design with three replications. The results indicated a significant decrease in physiological and photosynthetic parameters in plants under salinity treatment. However, nano-potassium improved salinity tolerance in peppermint plants by improving these physiological and photosynthetic parameters, as well as increasing the content of osmolytes (such as proline) and reducing stress markers (such as hydrogen peroxide and malondialdehyde) in plant tissues. Based on the physio-biochemical findings of this study, NPs fertilizer has a considerable ability to ameliorate damages produced by salinity treatment in peppermint plants under medium saline soils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</abstract_fa>
