fa بررسی اثر تنش کم‌آبی بر صفات مورفوفیزیولوژیک و فعالیت آنزیمی گیاه شمعدانی معطر (Pelargonium graveolens) با محلول‌پاشی پرولین و گلوتامین Investigating the effect of low water stress on Aromatic Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) Morphophysiological traits and enzyme activity with Proline and Glutamine foliar application تنش خشكي Droughts Stress پژوهشي Research شمعدانی معطر گیاهی زینتی است که اسانس آن در صنایع عطرسازی، بهداشتی و آرایشـی، غذایی و داروسازی کاربرد فراوانی دارد. به‌منظور بررسی کاهش اثرات نامطلوب تنش کم‌آبی در گیاه شمعدانی معطر با محلول‌پاشی پرولین و گلوتامین، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه تجاری واقع در شهرستان گرمسار در سال 1403-1402 انجام شد. آزمایش به‌صورت گلدانی با اعمال سه سطح تنش کم‌آبی (30، 70 و 100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) و محلول‌پاشی با پرولین و گلوتامین (هر کدام با دو سطح 50 و 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر) و اثر متقابل آنها، انجام شد. اعمال تنش <a name="_Hlk172624778">کم‌آبی </a>پس از استقرار گیاهان و در مرحله شش تا هشت برگی صورت گرفت. محلول‌پاشی با سطوح مختلف پرولین و گلوتامین در دو مرحله انجام شد. در نهایت نمونه‌برداری و ارزیابی صفات، حدود دو هفته پس از آخرین محلول‌پاشی صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین وزن تر و خشک اندام هوایی (42/71 و 12/9 گرم)، آنتوسیانین گلبرگ و کلروفیل کل برگ (2761/3 و 4217/16 میلی‌گرم در گرم وزن تر) و کمترین نشت یونی غشاء سلول (27/54 درصد) در تیمار گلوتامین 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر در ظرفیت زراعی 100 درصد بود. بیشترین وزن تر و خشک ریشه (35/16 و 67/3 گرم)، طول بلندترین ریشه (28/45 سانتیمتر)، فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز، سوپراکسید دیسموتاز و پراکسیداز (به‌ترتیب با 23/8، 28/3 و 42/17 واحد آنزیم در ‌گرم وزن تر) و کمترین میزان پرولین (35/2 میلی‌گرم در گرم وزن تر) در تیمار پرولین 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر در ظرفیت زراعی 100 درصد به‌دست آمد. بیشترین ماندگاری گل شمعدانی معطر روی بوته (14 روز) در تیمار گلوتامین 100 میلی‌گرم در لیتر در ظرفیت زراعی 100 درصد و کمترین (هشت روز) در تیمار شاهد در ظرفیت زراعی 30 درصد، بود. در مجموع پرولین و گلوتامین با تنظیم فشار اسمزی، مهار رادیکال‌های آزاد اکسیژن و جلوگیری از تخریب پروتئین‌ها و فسفولیپیدهای غشایی سبب کاهش اثرات منفی تنش کم‌آبی در گیاهان محلول‌پاشی شده نسبت به شاهد در ظرفیت زراعی 70 و 30 درصد، شد. لذا، می‌توان محلول‌پاشی پرولین و گلوتامین در شرایط تنش کم‌آبی را برای بهبود رشد، کیفیت و گلدهی گیاه شمعدانی معطر توصیه نمود. <div style="text-align: justify;">Aromatic geranium is an ornamental plant whose essential oil is widely used in perfumery, health and cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries. In order to investigate the reduction of the adverse effects of low water stress in Aromatic Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens) plants by proline and glutamine foliar application, a factorial experiment was conducted based on a completely randomized design with 3 replications in a commercial greenhouse located in Garmsar city in 1402-1403. The experiment was done in pots with 3 levels of low water stress (30, 70 and 100% of field capacity) and spraying with proline and glutamine (each with two levels of 50 and 100 mg/liter) and their interaction. Low water stress was applied after the plant’s establishment and in the 6 to 8 leaf stage. Foliar spraying with proline and glutamine at different levels was done in two stages. Finally, sampling and evaluation of traits was done about two weeks after the last spraying. The results showed that the highest fresh and dry weight of shoots (71.42 and 9.12 g), petals anthocyanin and total leaf chlorophyll (3.2761 and 16.4217 mg/g FW) and the lowest ionic leakage of the cell membrane (54.27%) were in glutamine 100 mg/L at 100% FC treatment. The highest root fresh and dry weight (16.35 and 3.67 g), the longest root length (45.28 cm), catalase, superoxide dismutase and peroxidase enzyme activity (8.23, 3.28 and 17.42 U E/g FW) and lowest proline amount was obtained in proline 100 mg/liter at 100% FC treatment. The longest shelf life of aromatic geranium flower on plant was (14 days) in glutamine 100 mg/liter at 100% FC treatment and the lowest (8 days) in control treatment at 30% FC. In total, proline and glutamine with regulating osmotic pressure, inhibiting oxygen free radicals, and preventing membrane proteins and phospholipid degradation, caused a reduction low water stress negative effects in foliar-sprayed plants compared to the control in 70 and 30% FC.
