fa بررسی برخی از مکانیسم‌های دفاعی دو رقم لیلیوم دورگه ʿMerluzaʾ و ʿNashvilleʾ (Lilium longiflorum×asiatic) در برابر تنش خشکی Study of two hybrid lily (Longiflorum×Asiatic) cultivars ʻNashvilleʼ and ʻMerluzaʼ defensive some mechanisms against drought stress تنش خشكي Droughts Stress پژوهشي Research در این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر تنش خشکی بر ویژگی‌های مورفوفیزیولوژیک دو رقم گل لیلیوم، آزمایشی گلدانی و در شرایط گلخانهای انجام شد. فاکتورهای مورد آزمایش شامل چهار سطح آبیاری (آبیاری براساس 100 % ظرفیت مزرعه به‌عنوان شاهد، 80، 60 و 40 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه) و دو رقم رایج لیلیوم ‘Nashville’ با گلهای زردرنگ و ‘Merluza’ با گلهای سفیدرنگ بود. نتایج نشان داد که کاهش میزان آبیاری تأثیر معنی‌داری بر صفات مورد ارزیابی داشته است. به‌طوری‌که با کاهش میزان رطوبت خاک، ارتفاع ساقه و تعداد گل کاهش و نسبت وزن تر به خشک گلبرگ افزایش یافت. با این وجود تفاوت معنیداری بین این ویژگیها در سطوح آبیاری 100 و 80 درصد ظرفیت مزرعه وجود نداشت. فعالیت آنزیم آنتیکسیدانی پراکسیداز با کاهش میزان آبیاری افزایش یافت، اما این افزایش در رقم ‘Nashville’ نسبت به رقم ‘Merluza’ بالاتر بود. اگرچه در هر دو رقم تحت تنش خشکی فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و میزان کربوهیدرات محلول نسبت به گیاهان شاهد افزایش داشت، ولی تنش شدید در سطح 40 % ظرفیت مزرعه، منجر به کاهش میزان پروتئین، فعالیت آنزیم کاتالاز و کربوهیدراتهای محلول گردید. بهطورکلی نتایج مطالعه حاضر بیانگر آن است که، هر دو رقم توانستند تنش ملایم خشکی در سطح 80 % ظرفیت مزرعه را بهخوبی تحمل کنند، با این وجود تنش خشکی شدید در سطح 40 % ظرفیت مزرعه سبب آسیبهای جدی در هر دو رقم لیلیوم گردید. همچنین رقم ‘Nashville’ با مکانیسمهایی چون افزایش میزان کربوهیدراتها و فعالیت آنزیم پراکسیداز سبب کاهش پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها گردید و تحمل بیشتری نسبت به رقم ‘Merluza’ از خود نشان داد. In this research, to study the effect of drought stress on the morpho-physiological traits of two hybrid cultivars of lily, ʻMerluzaʼ and ʻNashvilleʼ, a factorial, completely randomized design-based experiment with four replicates was performed with potted plants in the experimental greenhouses of the department of Horticultural Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, University of Khuzestan. The experimental factors included four irrigation levels (irrigation at the rate of 100, 80, 60, and 40% rate of field capacity) and two lily cultivars, ʻNashvilleʼ with yellow, and ʻMerluzaʼ with white flowers. The results indicated that the reduction of irrigation rate had significant impact on the evaluated traits. Stalk height and the number of flowers reduced with the reduction of soil water content, whereas the fresh: dry weight ratio of petal increased. However, no significant difference was found in this trait between 80 and 100% rate of field capacity. The activity of catalase antioxidant enzyme, increased as the irrigation rate decreased, however, this increase in ʻNashvilleʼ was higher than ʻMerluzaʼ. Although with both cultivars, catalase activity and soluble carbohydrate level were higher under drought stress, severe stress at 40% rate of field capacity led to reduced protein content, ramped down catalase activity and diminished rate of soluble carbohydrates. Generally, the results of the present study indicated that although both cultivars well tolerated mild drought stress of 80% rate of field capacity, severe stress at 40% rate of field capacity led to serious damages in both lily cultivars.
