fa بررسی اثرات پایه و پیوندک بر ویژگی‌های انبارمانی سیب (Malus domestica Borkh) Evaluation of rootstock and scion interactions on apple storage characteristics (Malus domestica Borkh) باغبانی Horticulture پژوهشي Research امروزه در صنعت باغداری کاربرد پایه‌های رویشی پاکوتاه و نیمهپاکوتاه جهت احداث باغ‌های یکنواخت با عملکرد بالا و کیفیت محصول مطلوب جهت کاهش هزینه‌های تولید میوه امری ضروری است. در این میان استفاده از پایه‌ها و پیوندک‌های مناسب بهدلیل صرفه‌جویی در هزینه‌های تهیه و تولید، سازگاری با اقلیم منطقه، افزایش ماندگاری میوه‌ها دارای اهمیت فراوانی هستند. در سال 1398، ویژگیهای کیفی و انبارمانی میوه‌های سیب ارقام برابرن و گلدن دلیشز تحتتأثیر پایه‌های رویشیMM106  و M9 در باغ متراکم آستان قدس رضوی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج مطالعه انجامشده نشان داد که صفاتی نظیر آنتی‌اکسیدان، فنل کل، قند محلول کل، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون، pH، سفتی و درصد کاهش وزن بطور معنی‌داری طی انبارمانی تحتتأثیر اثرات متقابل پایه و پیوند قرار گرفت. به‌طوری‌که، مواد جامد محلول کل (9/13 %)، pH (7/15 %)، فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی (6/21 %) و قند محلول کل (5/3 %) میوه‌های سیب طی دوره انبارمانی باگذشت زمان افزایش و صفاتی نظیر، اسیدیته قابل تیتراسیون (8/60 %)، میزان فنل (70 %) و سفتی میوه (5/44 %) کاهش یافت. کاهش وزن میوه‌ها در پایه M9 از ماه دوم و برای پایه‌ MM106 از ماه اول انبارمانی شروع شد. بیشترین درصد کاهش وزن از ماه دوم، برای رقم گلدن دلیشز بر پایه M9 (50 %) و کمترین درصد کاهش وزن برای پیوندک برابرن بر پایه MM106 (64 %)، نسبت به ماه پنجم، مشاهده شد. کاهش سفتی بافت طی دوره انبارمانی برای سیب برابرن پایه M9 و برای پیوندک گلدن دلیشز پایه MM106 بهترتیب، 42 و 38% بود. <pre> Nowadays, because of making uniform orchards with high yield and desirable product quality the use of dwarf and semi dwarf rootstocks is necessary to reduce fruit production costs in the horticultural industry. Therefore, the appropriate rootstocks and scion is a critical factor to cost savings in fruit production, adaptation to the regional climate, and increasing the shelf life of fruits. In 2019, the quality and storage attributes of ʻBrabernʼ and ʻGolden Deliciousʼ cultivars apple fruits under the influence of vegetative rootstocks MM106 and M9 were investigated at the dense gardens of Astan Quds Razavi. Results showed that traits such as antioxidants, total phenols, total soluble sugar, titratable acidity, pH, fruit firmness, as well as weight loss percentage during storage were significantly affected by the interactions of rootstocks and scion. Total soluble solids (13.9%), pH (15.7%), antioxidant activity (21.6%), and total soluble sugar (3.5%) of apple fruits increased whereas traits such as, titratable acidity (60.8%), phenol content (70%), and fruit firmness (44.5%) decreased during the storage period over time. Fruit weight loss in M9 rootstock started from the second month and in MM106 rootstock from the first month of storage. The highest weight loss (50%) in Golden Delicious cultivar in M9 and the lowest weight loss (64%) in scion Brabern in MM106 was observed in the second month compared to the fifth month.
