fa بررسی و تعیین نیاز سرمایی و گرمایی جوانه‌های گل برخی ارقام و ژنوتیپ‌های امیدبخش بادام Investigation and estimation of chill and heat requirements of flower buds of some promising almond genotypes and cultivars باغبانی Horticulture پژوهشي Research این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نیاز سرمایی و گرمایی جوانههای گل هشت رقم تجاری خارجی و داخلی و ژنوتیپهای امیدبخش داخلی بادام طی سالهای 1398 و 1399 بهصورت آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار و دو فاکتور شامل نوع رقم (پنج رقم تونو، نانپاریل، مامایی، شاهرود 12، ربیع و سه ژنوتیپ 16-1، 40-13، و D11) و تعداد ساعات سرمادهی صفر تا 2/7 درجه سانتیگراد (صفر، 50، 100، 200، 300، 400، 500، 600، 700 و 800 ساعت) در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی یکصد هکتاری مؤسسه تحقیقات علوم باغبانی انجام شد. براساس نتایج بدست آمده، ژنوتیپها و ارقام مورد بررسی دامنه نیاز سرمایی و نیاز گرمایی متفاوت و وسیعی را نشان دادند. تعداد روزهای موردنظر برای شکستن خفتگی تحت دمای صفر تا 2/7 درجه سانتیگراد بین 17 روز در رقم مامایی تا 58 روز در ژنوتیپ D11 متغیر بود. رقم مامایی بهعنوان زودگلترین رقم در بین ارقام و ژنوتیپهای مورد بررسی شناخته شد که پس از گذشت 17 روز از شروع تجمع نیاز سرمایی و با 50 ساعت سرمای بین صفر تا 2/7 درجه سانتیگراد به 50 درصد شکوفایی رسید. رقم مامایی با 7128 ساعت درجه رشد (GDH) و ژنوتیپ D11 با 11088 ساعت درجه رشد، بیشترین نیاز گرمایی را دارا بودند. نتایج آزمایشات نشان داد که با افزایش تعداد ساعات تأمین نیاز سرمایی، تعداد روز مورد نیاز برای شکوفایی جوانهها بهطور معنیداری کاهش یافت. بهطورکلی، دو رقم مامایی و ربیع بهعنوان ارقام زودگل با کمترین نیاز سرمایی و ژنوتیپ D11 بهعنوان دیرگلترین رقم با نیاز سرمایی بالا شناسایی شدند. The aim of this study was to investigate the chill and heat requirements of flower buds of 8 foreign and domestic commercial cultivars and promising domestic almond genotypes during 2019 and 2020 as a factorial experiment based on a completely randomized design with 3 replications and two factors including five cultivar types (Tuono, Nanpariel, Mamaie, Shahroud 12, Rabi) as well as three genotypes (1-16, 13-40, and D11) and the number of child and heat requirement hours 0-7.2 ° C (zero, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400 , 500, 600, 700 and 800 hours) was performed at the one hundred hectare research station of Horticultural Research Institute. Based on the results, the studied genotypes and cultivars showed a wide range of chill and heat requirements. The number of days to break dormancy at 0 to 7.2 ° C varied between 17 days in the Mamaie cultivar and up to 58 days in the D11 genotype. Mamaie cultivar was recognized as the earliest cultivar among the cultivars and genotypes studied which after 17 days from the beginning of the accumulation of chill requirements and with 50 hours of chill between 0-7.2 ° C reached 50% of flowering. Mamaie cultivar with 7128 Growth Degree Hour (GDH) and genotype D11 with 11088 Growth Degree Hour had the highest heat requirement. The results showed that with increasing the number of hours of chilling requirement, the number of days required for buds to bloom significantly decreased.
