fa اثرات تلقیح ریزوبیومی بر شاخص‌های تشریحی برگ یونجه (Medicago sativa) تحت آلودگی گاز دی‌اکسیدگوگرد تنظیم کننده های رشد گیاهی Plant Growth Regulators پژوهشي Research گاز دی‌اکسیدگوگرد (SO2) یکی از مهم‌ترین آلاینده‌های هوا است که در غلظت‌های بالا می‌تواند سبب اختلال در رشد و عملکرد فیزیولوژیکی گیاهان ‌شود. همزیستی ریزوبیوم-گیاه، علاوه بر افزایش رشد گیاه می‌تواند باعث افزایش مقاومت گیاه نسبت به تنش‌های زیستی و غیر زیستی شود. در این مطالعه اثرات ریزوبیوم (سویه بومی و استاندارد) بر شاخص‌های تشریحی برگ یونجه تحت غلظت‌های مختلف گاز دی‌اکسیدگوگرد (0، 5/0، 1، 5/1 و ppm2) ارزیابی شد. نتایج نشان داد که تلقیح ریزوبیوم روی شاخص‌های تشریحی برگ یونجه اثری ندارد. غلظت‌های بالای SO2 (1، 5/1 و ppm2) سبب تغییرات معنی‌دار تمامی شاخص‌های تشریحی در مقایسه با گیاهان شاهد می‌شود ولی غلظت پایین گاز SO2 ( ppm5/0) تأثیری بر این شاخص‌ها نداشت. تلقیح یونجه با دو سویه ریزوبیوم اثرات منفی غلظت‌های بالای گاز SO2 را بر شاخص‌های تشریحی کاهش داد. بنابراین ریزوبیوم می‌تواند مقاومت و تحمل گیاه را در برابر تنش‌های غیر زیستی مثل آلودگی SO2 هوا افزایش دهد. Abstract: Sulphur dioxide (SO2) is one of the main air pollutants that can cause imbalance in growth and physiological function of plant in high concentrations. Rhizobium-plant symbiosis can cause increasing in plant resistance to abiotic and biotic stresses in addition to increase growth of plant. In this study, effects of Rhizobium (native and standard strains) on leaf anatomical parameters of alfalfa under different concentrations of SO2 (0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 ppm) were evaluated. The Results showed that inoculation had no effect on the leaf anatomical parame-ters on the alfalfa. High concentrations of SO2 (1, 1.5 or 2 ppm) caused significantly changes in all of the anatomical indexes in compared to the control plants however low concentration of SO2 (0.5 ppm) had no effects on this parameters. Inoculation of alfalfa with two strains of Rhizobium decreased negative effects of high concentrations of SO2 on anatomical indexes.
